This is our 25-year-old family recipe. Slow cooked. It was originally made for Pork Back BBQ Ribs. However, recently we have a new favourite use. Home made ground beef meatballs, fried up, seasoned to taste. We use Lipton onion soup mix, 1 pack/pound. Once cooked, we put them in a pot and cover them in the BBQ sauce and simmer for a bit. Delicious!
“Fire in the Hole Edition” is extremely Hot. We use Dragon’s Breath, Red Lava Scorpion pepper and a Carolina Reaper Extract for the heat.
